The folded paper boxes are taken over from the carton by an adjustable and optimally synchronized top conveyor. This high-precision product transport is the basis for correct coding that ends with a final control. Faulty codes are rejected into a separate, lockable collection container in front of the weighing conveyor, and bad weight packets are collected by a second rejection system directly behind the weighing conveyor.
With the ConfigureFast system, all data can be easily transferred to the printer or camera, and all system components can be operated directly, quickly and easily with a single common software without changing programs.
